Corporate real estate advisory firm Cresa Madison announced today it will open a coworking space July 1 at Machinery Row, 613 Williamson St.

“We created this coworking office in response to what we believe is a very real need for flexible, creative space, and to allow individuals to operate in a collaborative, inventive environment without the burdens often found in more traditional office arrangements,” Tim Rikkers, managing principal at Cresa, said in a statement.

The 1,000-square-foot, fully furnished coworking space is aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs and businesses. The rental rate is $250-$300 and includes amenities such as wi-fi and access to a conference room.

The space has seven independent work stations available on month-to-month terms. Members of Nextt and Farwell Project Advisors have signed on as tenants.
