A company that uses AI to automate complex technical support by analyzing production data and code won the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce’s 12th annual Pressure Chamber pitch contest held Tuesday at The Sylvee and earned an all-expenses-paid trip to meet investment firms in Silicon Valley in the fall.

Strudel cuts resolution time by 65% for B2B SaaS companies and saves their engineering teams 20% of their time for product development. As a result, companies save money, and customer satisfaction is improved.

“It feels incredible to win, and I’m grateful for our team,” CEO Kristin Isaac said. “We have so many amazing mentors and advisors that have helped us on the journey so far, and we’re just really excited to build the next Epic Systems-sized software company in the State of Wisconsin.”

Atrility, Maxwave, redelevenlabs and Reliable Residence were the other participants. The winner was decided based on judges’ scoring and audience votes.

SixLine Semiconductor won last year’s contest. The event is part of Forward Festival, which continues through Friday.
