WARF’s UpStart program, a free entrepreneurship program with an emphasis on supporting underserved individuals within the Madison area, has ended, the organization announced today.

Since the program started in 2013, it has hosted 25 cohorts and helped nearly 600 participants. The spring 2026 cohort was the final one. 

As previously reported, UpStart empowered founders, strengthened local businesses and contributed to a more connected and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
