Bioethics Forum Has Creative Theme

by Brian Lee

What is the impact of science and technology on the creative process?

That’s one of the topics that will be addressed at the 12th Annual Bioethics Forum, held April 25-26 at the BioPharmaceutical Technology Center, 5445 E. Cheryl Pkwy.

Speakers include Dr. James Fadiman of Sofia University, who will explore the connection between psychedelics and scientific problem solving, and Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery Director David Krakauer, who will discuss how intelligence has transformed the nature of life on earth over the last 4.5 billion years.

The $185 registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and a reception both days. Promega Corporation and the BTC Institute are co-hosting the event.
