MobCraft and 8 Seasons Grille are teaming up again to host a four-course dinner with beer pairings at 6 p.m. Friday. The cost is $35 per person.

“Personally I cook with beer quite a bit and thought it be fun to show more people the other ways beer can be used,” Henry Schwartz, co-founder of MobCraft, said.

MobCraft brews beers based on users’ votes. Diners will get to try the Most Mobbed Imperial IPA, Raspberry Brown Ale and 8 Seasons Pepper Saison, a beer with a “strong pepper tingle and sweet floral hibiscus” flavor made especially for the restaurant, according to Schwartz.
