The American Family Insurance DreamBank is closing its space in The Spark building on June 26, the organization announced recently.
According to its e-newsletter, the DreamBank, which opened as a community space in October 2012, will offer its tools and resources virtually.
“Now it’s time to reimagine DreamBank’s role as a fully virtual experience — continuing to evolve as we commit to a platform where we can provide tools and resources to dreamers everywhere,” the DreamBank team said in the e-newsletter. “We’re deeply grateful to the Madison community, including our speakers, partners and attendees for showing up, sharing ideas and supporting DreamBank over the years, and we look forward to continuing to connect in the virtual space.”
The last in-person event will take place on June 25, and the doors will close permanently at 5 p.m.

While I understand change is inevitable and virtual is a thing… I’ve been fortunate to experience the original space since 2013 on the square and then in the current Spark building. It has been an amazing resource, experience and overall connection that I value and will miss wholeheartedly. I have made so many friends over the years, attending these events and supporting small business owners sharing their knowledge and insight. It was a gift, thank you!!!
