Madworks Coworking Accelerator, in partnership with StartingBlock, is taking applications for its fall program through Sept. 8, organizers announced recently.

The free, 10-week course begins Oct. 4 and finishes Dec. 14, giving participants information on how to get their strategic financials in order, run an effective board meeting, tackle legal issues, build strategic financial acumen and prepare the company for a strong, sustainable future.

The participants also will be eligible for grant funding up to $6,500.

The cohort will meet at StartingBlock.
