Cellular Dynamics International, Inc., will price its 3,846,000 shares of common stock at $12 per share, the company announced today.

The shares will begin trading on Thursday on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “ICEL.”

According to a release, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering, and Cowen and Company, LLC and Leerink Swann LLC are acting as co-managers.
