CultureCon

CultureCon, a conference on workplace culture, announced today that it has become a Certified B Corporation.

According to a release, CultureCon obtained the certification to demonstrate its commitment toward building more uplifting, fulfilling and healthier workplaces. It is one of only 18 organizations in Wisconsin that hold the certification.

“All of our offerings are grounded in pragmatic, actionable takeaways,” CultureCon Co-Founder Zach Blumenfeld said in a statement. “We want our community to be able to take what they learn and start creating change at their organizations.”

B Corps are mission-driven companies that balance purpose and profit and meet the highest standards of environmental and social impact.

CultureCon was founded in 2017. Its annual conference will take place Aug. 10-11 at the Concourse Hotel.
