Datica has merged with Sansoro Health to accelerate healthcare’s transformation to a data-driven future on the cloud, the company announced recently.

According to a release, their new platform will allow customers to adopt any cloud service while securely integrating patient data from any source.

The combined entity will retain the Datica name, with previous CEO and Co-Founder Travis Good serving as Chief Technology Officer. Sansoro Health CEO and Co-Founder Jeremy Pierotti will assume the role of CEO.

“We give our customers a reliable partner for developing solutions that make use of patient data in the cloud,” Good said in a statement. “With our platform, previously cumbersome development processes become frictionless, resulting in enhanced, secure solutions at a lower cost and with greater speed to market.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Datica was founded in 2013 as Catalyze.IO before rebranding in 2017.
