EnsoData Raises $20M Series A Extension

EnsoData has closed a $20 million Series A extension round, which was led by Inspire Medical Systems, the company announced today.

According to a release, the funds will be used to scale multinational expansion and commercial distribution partnerships, continue building out the company’s team and expand its product offerings.

With the funding announcement, the company also expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Justin Mortara as President.

“With this confluence of new funding, new partnership and the addition of industry veterans like Justin to our team, we’re even better positioned today to continue our upward trajectory and to successfully navigate the evolving state of healthcare,” EnsoData CEO Chris Fernandez said in a statement.

Other participants in the round included existing investors such as Venture Investors and HealthX Ventures.

To date, more than 500,000 patients have benefited from EnsoData’s technology.
