by Taylor Kennedy

Five startups are participating in gener8tor’s seven-week spring gBETA Madison cohort, the organization announced recently.

3D Powder Tech, Doogooda, FerroMX, HCL and Nelambos will have the opportunity to meet mentors, gain customer traction and pitch to investors. HCL and Doogooda came to Wisconsin through gener8tor and WEDC’s Accelerate Wisconsin initiative.

“Cohort-based programs like gBETA do so much for the founder community,” gBETA Wisconsin Managing Director Clayton Custer said in a statement. “The peer collaboration and mutual problem solving that the program offers, paired with dense, relevant feedback and concierge mentorship from ecosystem partners, creates ideal conditions for fantastic growth.”

The program will end in a pitch night taking place at 5 p.m. April 28 at Discovery 2 Product.
