Hy-Vee will host the Hy-Vee OpportUNITY Inclusive Business Summit on June 1 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center, the organization announced recently.

According to a release, the free event looks to advance local minority- and women-owned companies through a day of networking and professional development. In addition, the conference will include a pitch competition awarding up to $50,000 in business grants. 

The deadline to submit a submission for the pitch competition is 11:59 p.m. May 9.
