The Wisconsin Technology Council announced recently that it will induct Jan Eddy into its George Mosher Memorial Investor Hall of Fame during the Wisconsin Early Stage Symposium held Nov. 6-7 at the Monona Terrace.

According to a release, the Investor Hall of Fame was created to highlight the importance of angel and venture investors to the early stage economy.

“Jan Eddy’s first investments were her own companies, and she has remained active in the investment community ever since, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience to portfolio companies,” Tech Council President Tom Still said in a statement.

Eddy has served on the investment committees for Phenomenelle Angels, Belle Capital USA and the Badger Fund of Funds. The Tech Council also awarded her the Ken Hendricks Memorial “Seize the Day” award for entrepreneurial accomplishments and the “Excellence in Entrepreneurial Education” award for her mentoring young companies.

Venture Investors Director John Neis was inducted in 2018.
