JangoBio announced today that it developed a sustainable stem cell-based therapy to replenish hormones back to youthful levels.

According to a release, JangoBio scientists were successful in using adult stem cells to bioengineer mini-organs that can replenish hormones lost by both men and women during the aging process.

“(T)his technology paves the way for the treatment of a wide range of diseases of aging that ultimately could lead to significant increases in longevity.” Founder and CEO Dr. Craig Atwood said in a statement.

JangoBio reported that restoring circulating hormone concentrations can prevent the symptoms of menopause and andropause, halt age-related disease and increase the lifespan of humans and animals.
