In 2021, early-stage companies in Wisconsin raised more than $852 million, which beats last year’s investment total by nearly $370 million, according to a report by the Wisconsin Technology Council.

According to a release, the $852 million came from 119 deals, with the largest deals coming from Fetch Rewards ($210 million) and SHINE Medical ($150 million).

Among the deals, 42 of them saw participation from a total of 90 out-of-state investors.

Wisconsin early-stage companies raised $483.6 million in 2020.
