Rabble has created MUSICat Now to help libraries build a digital public space to support local musicians, the company announced recently.

According to a release, the tech startup has waived all platform fees for libraries launching local music collections with MUSICat Now. Libraries must run open submission rounds and commit to pay artists a minimum of $200 per licensed album in their MUSICat Now Collection.

The platform includes customizable graphics, copy, licenses, artist communication and a streamlined setup process.

Libraries wanting to support artists in their community can start the process here.
