SBIR Advance Open for Applications

The Center for Technology Commercialization (CTC) is now accepting applications from small businesses for its SBIR Advance grant, the organization announced today.

According to a release, SBIR Advance matches up to $75,000 in funding to companies that are conducting or recently completed a Phase I project in the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. Meanwhile, up to $100,000 in funding is available for companies in Phase II. 

To be eligible, an applicant company also must be based in Wisconsin and complete the “intent to Apply” form by April 10.

Companies chosen for funding will be notified on or around May 4.
