Twenty-five companies and nonprofit organizations have been named the finalists for the 2023 Wisconsin Innovation Awards, organizers announced recently.

According to a release, the finalists were selected by a panel of 19 statewide industry experts from more than 300 nominations.

The companies from the greater Madison area are:

• Field Prophet Inc. (Oregon)
• Gilson Connect (Middleton)
• Hello Loom (Madison)
• Internship on Demand (Madison)
• JangoBio (Fitchburg)
• NETCO (Sun Prairie)
• Nurse Disrupted, Inc. (Madison)
• Pyran Inc. (Madison)
• Stratatech (Madison)
• Terso Solutions Inc. (Madison)
• The Virtual Foundry (Stoughton)

The winners will be named on Oct. 10 at an awards ceremony at the UW Memorial Union.
